The Prismatic Growth Framework™: Productivity that Works for Neurodivergent Brains

Goal Planning & Execution
(For Neurodivergent Brains)

TL;DR:

  • Neurodivergent brains don’t thrive with cookie-cutter productivity hacks.

  • It’s a 6-facet approach: Momentum Mapping, Ritualizing Focus, Strategic Systemization, Alchemy Sessions, Sustainability, and Recognizing the Magic.

  • The goal: heal self-trust, avoid burnout, and finish what you start.

The Story Behind the Framework

I didn’t set out to create a catchy brand name or contribute another generic productivity method to the noise.

I created The Prismatic Growth Framework™ because I had to.

As a neurodivergent woman running my own business, I quickly realized I couldn’t simply copy and paste strategies from productivity books, neurotypical coaches, or “just wake up at 5 am” advice. My brain doesn’t work that way.

Even straightforward tasks like applying for jobs, cleaning my house, or hitting “publish” on a blog post required support systems and scaffolding just to see them through. Without systems around me, I would stall before the finish line.

So, I began creating tools: checklists, step-by-step processes, along with reminders and routines.
Initially, these tools were just for survival: preventing missed steps and managing overwhelm.

Looking back, in every workplace I joined, I quickly became the one writing SOPs, documenting workflows, and training others. What started as a personal lifeline slowly revealed itself as a strength.

Over time, I realized that creating systems came more naturally to me than it did to others (should’ve been more obvious, huh?)

The Prismatic Growth Framework™ was born from years of trial, error, and small victories.

It’s about letting go of following someone else's rules and designing strategies that work with YOUR brain.
It’s about accepting that as neurodivergent people, we have needs that DESERVE to be met.
Going from shrinking violet to badass self-advocate.

Choosing a Neurodivergent-Friendly Life
(taking off the mask)

Almost three years ago, I made a commitment to myself: I would stop contorting my life to fit jobs and structures that drained me. Instead, I would start honoring the way my brain and energy actually worked.

That choice changed everything. 🤯

  • I hated being confined to a desk for hours when I finished my work by 11 am.

  • I hated the requirement to clock in at the same time each day, which felt arbitrary.

  • I hated "pretending" to be productive just to stay green on Teams when, in reality, I had no executive functioning that day and desperately needed to rest.

Most of all, I hated how much time I spent bitching to everyone around me.

Now, I live a life that lets me embrace all my passions instead of hiding parts of myself. I’m not locked into one thing - I happily choose three part-time gigs (coaching business, nannying, & a remote finance job) so no week ever looks the same.

I work in a way that leaves space for rest when I need it, and because of that, I return faster and stronger instead of burning out. I build systems that free up mental energy, so I can focus on what matters most.

But the transformation extended into every part of my life. By embracing ADHD-friendly living, I’ve become magnetic and energized in all areas. I’ve cultivated true, supportive friendships and built a social life I love. I feel more grounded, authentically myself, and ready for new growth.

That’s why I'm sharing The Prismatic Growth Framework™ now. It’s not just a set of tools - it’s a way of working, living, and creating that allows your brain and your dreams to thrive.

Why Neurodivergent Brains Need Different Productivity Tools

Neurodivergent folks often face an invisible layer of difficulty in their day-to-day work:

  • Starting can feel harder than finishing.

  • A single setback can derail weeks of momentum.

  • Energy fluctuates wildly from day to day.

  • Executive dysfunction makes “just do it” advice laughable.

For us, self-trust is healing.
When we keep promises to ourselves - even small ones - we reinforce the belief that we can do hard things.

That we can create results. That we can show up consistently, even if our consistency looks different than everyone else’s.

Needing external accountability is not a weakness; it’s a necessity. When paired with the right systems, it allows us to stop spinning our wheels and finally build something sustainable.

The 6 Facets of The Prismatic Growth Method™
(Explained)

The Prismatic Growth Framework™ is a 6-facet approach to completing high-impact projects without burning out, designed for and by a neurodivergent brain.

Unlike rigid step-by-step systems, this isn’t something you “complete” once and move on from. It’s a set of interlocking elements you’ll revisit throughout the process as your energy, clarity, and goals evolve.

Here’s a high-level look at the six facets:

  1. Momentum Mapping → Define your goal, milestones, and capacity — with built-in flexibility to adjust as you go.

  2. Ritualizing Focus & Success → Anchor your habits, self-care, and practical routines to sustain progress over time.

  3. Strategic Systemization → Build personalized project management systems that break tasks into brain-friendly steps.

  4. Alchemy Sessions → Regular external accountability check-ins (Could be with an accountability partner, group chat with friends, or a coach 👋)

  5. Sustainability & Restoration → Prevent burnout with planned recharge weeks, revision points, and energy-awareness practices.

  6. Recognizing the Magic → Reflect on your work regularly. Track accomplishments alongside result metrics and never lose sight of how far you’ve come.

Why this Matters:

This framework isn’t just about “getting more done.

It’s about proving to yourself that you can finish what you start.
It’s about healing the fractured self-trust from years of unmet goals and abandoned projects.
It’s about showing up for your business (and life) in a way that feels sustainable, humane, and possible.

And honestly? It’s about finally creating the results you’ve always known you’re capable of.
