These events are happening in June and July, free for anyone who joins the community. Come see what it's like inside before the founding member price goes up on July 13.
If you're struggling to get going, stay consistent, or believe you're even worth the effort — you're not the problem.
Most productivity spaces hand you a framework and expect you to follow it forever. When you break it, and you will, that's treated as your failure.
Capacity Club works differently. Every month we give you a new set of strategies to try. When the one you're using stops working in three months, you come back and pick a different one.
"I've tried every system. The ones that actually worked weren't the best ones. They were the ones I wasn't doing alone."
— Janelle more of my story further down
What's possible
All of this gets to be true for you. Without "fixing your brain" or changing who you are.
What this place is
Every month we focus on one system, one area of life, one next right step. Together.
What works this month might bore you next month. That's fine. We've always got something new waiting.
The room where you don't have to explain yourself or hold it together. Come as whatever version of yourself you are today.
One monthly theme, one tool, one next right step. Small enough to actually do. Real enough to actually help.
We show up for each other, cheer loud, and don't shame anyone for a hard month. Life happens. We just keep going.
Coworking, body doubling, group coaching, office hours. Show up live or catch the replay. There's something every week.
Implement the monthly theme, submit your accountability form, and get entered to win a free 1:1 coaching session. Every month.
Inside the membership
Show up whenever you can. Most events are recorded, so you never miss the good stuff.
Our anchor event, open to everyone. Share wins, talk through what's hard, and set an intention for the month ahead. Live only. We get personal in here.
Two hours of silent body doubling. We work together quietly, break for 20 minutes of coaching and Q&A in the middle, then lock back in for the second half.
30 minutes to bring your questions and get real answers from an executive function coach. Drop them in the community thread ahead of time or just show up live.
Cameras optional, but we're talking the whole time. Fold laundry, do dishes, tackle whatever needs doing. We keep each other company and talk through whatever's on your mind. Village energy, mildly productive vibes.
Body doubling for the thing you've been avoiding. Name it at the start, do it, report back. Mostly quiet work-alongside-you energy, but jump in whenever you need a push.

What people are saying
Momentum Lab has been running all year. Here's what people have had to say.
I almost didn't come today and I'm so glad I did. I needed this more than I realized. The energy in this room is something I haven't felt anywhere else.
You moved every single person in that room. Don't underestimate what you're building here. People needed this.
I came in scattered and I'm leaving with an actual next step. That never happens for me. Thank you for creating this space.
Hi, I'm Janelle
I'm AuDHD, late-diagnosed at 28. For years, I over-functioned my way through life, staying so busy there was no capacity for me to fall apart. When everything broke down, I had to figure out how to build a life that actually fit my brain. Not optimized. Not perfect. Just mine.
Earlier this year I started Momentum Lab because I wanted to show up for my community and test something out. What happened surprised me. Women kept coming back, got emotional, supported each other in the chat, and left with next steps they actually took. Capacity Club exists because of what I learned in that room.
I believe in the village. I believe we'd all be better off doing more of what we're great at. My role happens to be making women believe in themselves again. Let's make the small stuff easier so you can do what you're great at, too.
Is this for you?
